How long until local SEO brings in calls?

Most of our clients see movement in the map results within 60 to 90 days. Calls usually follow a month or two after rankings move. If we think your market will take longer, we say so before you sign anything.

Do I need a new website for local SEO to work?

Not always. If your site loads in under three seconds and has a page for each service, we can work with it. If it does not, we will tell you what the site is costing you and let you decide.

Do you buy links?

No. We earn links by publishing things worth linking to and by asking the right people. Paid links get sites penalized, and we have cleaned up after agencies that bought them.

What happens in month one

  1. 01 We meet, look at your current site together, and agree on what stays and what goes.
  2. 02 Danny builds a working first version you can click through within three weeks.
  3. 03 Every page gets a real photo of your business, your people, or your work. No stock.
  4. 04 You get trained on updating it yourself. Most clients never need us for a text change again.

What does a website cost?

Most of the sites we build for local businesses land between $6,000 and $18,000, depending on page count and what needs custom work. We give you a fixed price before we start and it does not change unless you change the scope.

Will I own the site?

Yes. Domain, hosting, code, content. You own all of it from day one, and we will hand it over cleanly if you ever leave.

  4. 04 Each piece gets a title, a description, and internal links, so nothing goes live half-finished.

Do you use AI to write content?

We use tools for research and outlines. A person writes every page and every article, and a second person edits it. If a client asks us to publish machine-written pages at volume, we decline, because we have watched that get sites removed from Google.
